Minas Hallaj was born in Yerevan, Armenia in 1981.  He received his education in art at the Hakob Kojoian Art School, the Terlemezian College of Fine Art, graduating from the University of Fine Arts in Yerevan in 2002.  He moved to Los Angeles in 2002 and currently participates in various art exhibitions.
